Hi guys, Brittanie here, showing you how to make a healthy lunch. This lunch is super simple to make and takes 10 minutes, you could even make it the night before and store it in the fridge until the next morning. This week, I made a grilled chicken wrap with carrots and celery on the side. Keep in mind, this lunch is completely customizable and you are free to swap out veggies for fruit, or your favorite veggies to eat.
Here I show peanut butter and ranch as dipping sauces, but for a much healthier choice you can swap them out for hummus. It’s yummy and you can eat it with anything, pita chips, pretzels, veggies, even as a spread in the chicken wrap.
